Emotional Freedom Technique
The Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig as an adaptation of Callahan's thought Field Therapy method. EFT simplifies the process so that it is easy to learn and to use. In the past few years, EFT has become widely known and attracted many practitioners who teach and practice EFT use for many issues. Some of the links are here for you to check out.
The EFT process has changed in several ways through the years. The concept is basically tapping on acupressure points on the face and body while thinking about and saying out loud your issue. The steps have changed thorugh the years and with the varilous links you will find some differences with the different practitioners. Basically they all work.
The version of EFT that I prefer to use dates back to the original treatment protocol which includes fthe inger points. The instructions and the points can be downloaded here.
